Sound Healing Session
A gentle yet powerful energetic practice that uses sound and frequency to invite balance, release, and recalibration. Each session unfolds uniquely, guided by what your system is ready to receive.

Energetic medicine through vibration. Sound healing works with frequency to support nervous system regulation, energetic flow, and deep states of rest. Using tuning forks and singing bowls, each session meets you exactly where you are — some sessions feel deeply soothing, while others gently catalyze release or movement.
This is a receptive practice. There’s nothing to analyze, fix, or perform.

Sessions are slow, spacious, and intuitive, allowing your body and nervous system to lead. You don’t need to set an intention or “do” anything — simply arrive and receive. Sensations may be subtle or pronounced, and experiences vary from deep relaxation to emotional or energetic clearing.
Integration often continues after the session as your system settles and recalibrates.

Sound healing sessions are 60 minutes and offered virtually or in person (when available). Sessions are booked using the link below — once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation with all details.
For virtual sessions, headphones are recommended, along with a cozy, quiet space. You may wish to have water, a blanket, or anything that helps you feel comfortable and supported.
